This is a complete remake/rewrite/sequel of and to, the old and frankly rather terrible game "Mr Weems and the She Vampires". In this new version, a flick screen top-down-a-thon with (unlike the original) smooth gameplay and graphics, you play one or the twins Reginald and Regina and are searching for your missing Vampire-Hunting Accountant Uncle Mr Weems, taking on the undead with your trusty garlic filled shotgun and plenty of holy water.
Currently it will be disc/mass storage only, though 128k isn't required. I will produce a cut down single load tape compatible version at some point too though.
The Intro module uses the standard Development 1.5 branch (using SDCC3.6), whereas the Main module needs the CPCTelera-next branch (using SDCC4.5).

2025-12-15 v1.1 : In-game SFX! ; Monsters now have hp, and some take more than one bullet to kill. The game is now COMPLETE barring any breaking bugs or similar.

L'Amstrad CPC est une machine 8 bits à base d'un Z80 à 4MHz. Le premier de la gamme fut le CPC 464 en 1984, équipé d'un lecteur de cassettes intégré il se plaçait en concurrent du Commodore C64 beaucoup plus compliqué à utiliser et plus cher. Ce fut un réel succès et sorti cette même années le CPC 664 équipé d'un lecteur de disquettes trois pouces intégré. Sa vie fut de courte durée puisqu'en 1985 il fut remplacé par le CPC 6128 qui était plus compact, plus soigné et surtout qui avait 128Ko de RAM au lieu de 64Ko.
