KENNETH JOHNSON TRILOGY #1: WILD WEST (PARSERCOMP 2025)
This game is an adaptation of the Italian adventure Kenneth Johnson: Wild West by Bonaventura Di Bello. It was originally published on the cover tape of Epic 3000, no. 7, December 1986 for the ZX Spectrum and Explorer, no. 7, May 1987 for the Commodore 64 and MSX.
It has now been translated to English and rewritten for a modern audience with the original author's permission. This new version includes many enhancements that weren't in the original. Type ABOUT in the game for further info.
This game was programmed using Inform, which generates Z-code files that are also used by Infocom's range of text adventures. PunyInform library written by Johan Berntsson and Fredrik Ramsberg based on the Inform 6 library. ZAbbrev written by Henrik Åsman. Parchment interpreter written by Dannii Willis et al.

L'Amstrad CPC est une machine 8 bits à base d'un Z80 à 4MHz. Le premier de la gamme fut le CPC 464 en 1984, équipé d'un lecteur de cassettes intégré il se plaçait en concurrent du Commodore C64 beaucoup plus compliqué à utiliser et plus cher. Ce fut un réel succès et sorti cette même années le CPC 664 équipé d'un lecteur de disquettes trois pouces intégré. Sa vie fut de courte durée puisqu'en 1985 il fut remplacé par le CPC 6128 qui était plus compact, plus soigné et surtout qui avait 128Ko de RAM au lieu de 64Ko.
