KLAX CARTRIDGE, New Pokes by cpc4eva Mr BAD BEARD says its XMAS 2004 and there is time for KLAX Cartridge pokes ps. remember it's READ memory Klax Cartridge CPC =================== Poke 1502 00 = Infinite Drops Poke 0AFD 00 = Infinite Credits Poke 2ED1 00 = Skip Current Level Poke 10B1 00 = Always same speed (speed of klax coming down) You can make the speed change yourself by poking a value into 2E7F ie. Poke 2E7F,FF Very Slow Poke 2E7F,10 Very Fast etc... You will only see the result AFTER the next block comes when entering the poke so don't think it hasn't worked. You should be able to get big scores just by using the speed poke and ie. Poke 2E7F,FF Don't forget to re-enter the speed poke after each level or when you restart the current level after say 3 drops. CPC4EVA says "I only enter the speed poke once and it worked fine all the way through but if you are having trouble do what BAD BEARD says above" For a complete pause and rest Poke 109E 00 When ready to go again Poke 109E 12 WARPING ============= Poke 2EC4,X where X-1 = Level To Jump To ie. Poke 2EC4,05 Next level will be 6 Poke 2EC4,0A Next level will be 11 Then Use *Skip Current Level poke*. You will then start on the new (X) level. Nb. Highest level allowed = 63 = level 100 Also make sure you go in 5's to keep the graphics correct when warping. ie. 05 (level 6),0A,0F,14,19 (level 26),1E,23,28,2D,32 (level 51),37,3C,41, 46,4B (Level 76),50,55,5A,5F (level 96) don't warp straight to 100. Start at 96. ie.
