WE all know how the early bat-and-ball games started off the computer boom, and here's a new variation on the theme. The screen is split into halves, each having a bat and ball. If you haven't already guessed, the idea is to stop the balls getting past the bats. The Z and X keys manœuvre the left bat, with the right one being controlled by N and M. Even though the game is slighty on the slow side, the two bats and balls will have you at fever pitch. It can also be played as a two-player game, the aim being to keep going longer than your opponent. CPC Computing |
