It's bad enough on Earth - but in ROBIN NIXON's game you're on a distant planet and those claustrophobic effects can be absolutely disastrous

YOU are exploring the ruins of an ancient settlement on a planet not far from Alpha Centauri when a large maze-like structure suddenly grows around you.

Before you know it you are trapped, with all your possessions and the various treasures you have discovered scattered around in different places.

As luck would have it, your spaceship is in urgent need of repair, so not only must you escape but you need to re-discover as much of the treasure as you can to finance the work.

You can move about the maze, turning left and right, and moving in the direction you are facing. Objects can be picked up and dropped. If you find a pen and paper you can drop up to five notes as place markers.

Your combined physical energy and power pack runs to 2000 units. If your energy gets too low you can eat or drink any food or water you find, though this results in a loss of credits upon escape.

In return for a favour you did for a Denebian telepath, you have been given the ability to teleport your mind out of your body for short periods, thus enabling you to look down at a plan view of the maze. However, you find this extremely tiring, and lose a lot of energy each time you do so.
