Sun readers have been persecuted for a long time, accused of stupidity and supposedly not caring who is prime minister so long as she has big, erm.. (that's enough of that - Ed). Well, time to prove doubting readers of other newspapers otherwise. Because, on the cover tape you'll find a usable demo of Akom's superb Sun Computer Cross Words. 
Rewind to the beginning of side two of the AA Cover cassette and type in RUN "SUN" (or RUN "" or RUN "MENU" - so many choices, so little time to pick them all) followed by a stab at the Return button. Press 1 and hit Return when prompted for a crossword puzzle. The puzzle will load and you'll be set to play. A crossword will appear on screen and a prompt will ask you for a clue number. Simply follow all the prompts and you won't go wrong. Extra clues are available (snigger) if you have trouble. Failing that, the solution can be called up. But you won't resort to that, will you?
