MESS has been updated to 0.138.
Fun fact: 20 different people were credited in 0.138's release. Of those 20 people, 7 of them were on neither the MESS nor the MAME team, so 35% of the contributors were completely external to both projects. Of the 13 devs remaining, two of them are primarily MAME devs (Kale and Belmont, so 10%), with the remaining 55% being made up of people I would primarily associate with the MESS team.
